Product Return Policy

Our Return and Exchange Policy allows for you to Return/Exchange your order within 21 days from the Date of the Order. Option to place Return/Exchange request will be disabled in your account after 21 days of the order’s delivery. For reasons including Hygiene, we do not accept return or exchange of Boxers, Briefs, Panties, Bra, Camisole, Vest or Shapewe ar, or an Opened box of a Multi-Piece sets that includes the above mentioned products. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items. In the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been Worn, Washed or Soiled. The Maximum Product Quantity allowed is the Quantity Invoiced Once the Products returned, the Amount of Products will be adjusted in to the Cash Back Rs. 100 as Freight charges applicable for Replacements and same will be added in to Cash Bac

How to Return Products

Simply place Unworn, Unwashed Merchandise with all Tags attached in the Original Packing.

Use a bubble sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside. Also, enclose Gift/Promotion items you received with your order under various Promotions.

Please note that returns cannot be processed if any of the items including returned Gift/Promotion items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missing. or if any of the accompanying gift items are missing.

Under what conditions can I Return/Replace my Product?

  • Wrong Product delivered
  • Expired Product delivered
  • Damaged Product delivered – Physical
  • Damage/ Tampered
  • Product or Packaging

Under what conditions Return / Replacements requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/ Used/ Altered products
  • Original Packaging (Mono Cartons, Labels, etc.) missing
  • The Return/ Replacement request is generated after 21 days from the date of Invoice

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. All we ask is that returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order or there is a defect in the product.

Steps :

  • You may use any shipping method you like as long as a tracking number can be provided.

  • Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.

  • Make sure you include your name and/or order number so that we know who it’s from!

  • Returns are accepted any time after purchase as long as the kigurumi is unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging.
